Main Parking lot is off Hillside Street with a parking fee of $3.00 per day or $8.00 for entire festival. From points East or West of East Hartford, take 1-84 to Exit 58 - Roberts Street, Silver Lane & Burnside Ave. after taking Exit 58, keep to the left and take a left at the traffic light. Traveling East you will turn left at the end of the ramp and go back over the highway. Traveling West you will turn right at the end of the ramp. Both Directions travel one long block past the Holiday Inn on the right, at light turn left on Hillside and parking is one mile on the left. Follow the Bluegrass signs. From points North, take 1-91 South to Exit 30 (Left exit) - 1-84 to Exit 58 - Roberts Street, Silver Lane & Burnside Ave., then follow the directions above from points East or West. From points South, take 1-91 North and follow the signs for 1 84 East and Route 2 South which you access over the Charter Oak Bridge. This is a double left lane exit, prior to reaching the downtown Hartford exits. After you've crossed the bridge over the Connecticut River, take Exit 91 - Silver Lane East Hartford, turn right at the end of the ramp. Turn left onto Roberts Street opposite the Pratt & Whitney plant entrance, travel past the Holiday Inn on the right, then turn left at the stop light onto Hillside Avenue and follow the directions above from points East or West. From Rt. 2 North, Exit 2E - 1-84 East to Exit 58 - Roberts Street, Silver Lane & Burnside Ave., then follow directions above for travel from East or West. Handicapped, Campers and performer entrance only is off Burnside Avenue. Travel beyond the main festival entrance on Hillside Ave., to Rte. 44, Burnside Ave. (one block or less). Turn left (west) onto Rte.44 Burnside Ave. Across from the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) and look left for the Martin Park signs and secured entrance. Lost? Restrictions:
1. You must wear your wristband at all times. Anyone without a band will be asked to leave or pay the gate fee for the entire day. 2. Tents and umbrellas are restricted to the rear of the concert area. 3. No glass containers allowed in the concert area. 4. No pets in the concert area, must be on leash throughout the park. 5. No selling except by approved vendors. 6. Parents/Guardians must be responsible for children at all times. Children and parents will be asked to leave the festival, if children are not being attended to. 7. Children MUST be accompanied by an adult when using the pool. 8. Chairs may not be placed on the field until after the sound company has placed it's equipment. Chairs may not be left leading into the field.
